My son has been attending the whole group classes and done personal sessions with coach Jacques since October and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My son has grown in confidence, discipline, and skill!
The coaches are knowledgeable and patient with all the kids. Coach Jacques motivates my son to work hard and breaks down things for him in a way that makes sense and helps him improve. I can tell that he really loves what he does and that he cares about every student and member of the gym. Everyone there creates a welcoming and motivating atmosphere. I’m super happy with my experience!

Such a great gym to learn and get an amazing work out in! Filled with friendly people and the coaches are very supportive and treat you like family. Would recommend to anyone 🙂
I started coming to power boxing 11 months ago & wish i had started soon. The coaches are as invested in you, your goals & results as you are. They will set you up with all the necessary tools to succeed. My personal favorite classes are Kick Boxing with coach Bryan or Dayon on Tuesdays nights & Friday nights. They will give good demonstrations & set you up with combos to work it out. I love Monday nights & Saturday morning boot camp with coach Randal, he doesn’t play! You will get stronger 💪🏼. Wednesday weight training don’t want to miss! Coach Jauq is the owner & his boxing class will kick your ass in the best way. Thursday mornings are awesome with coach Jay’s mobility class. You will often see him singing, dancing having a good time while we put the work in. I have lost 15lbs total & more goals to accomplish. If you’re new i suggest Personal Training. I have done it & you will get results if you stay consistent & disciplined. Really there is everything for everybody. This gym is not unlike any other gym I have been to before. They also have classes for kids. I have made some amazing authentic connections with the people who work out here & coaches. What are you waiting for?! La Mesa finally has a legit boxing gym. The coaches are serious pros who know their stuff, the workouts are solid and the vibe is great. Great people, good energy — I love coming here.
