Kickboxing

Designed for all fitness levels, beginner through advanced. Our Kickboxing class is a fast-paced, high-energy, action-packed cardio & strength training …workout designed to get you in shape and help you reach your fitness goals fast!  Instructors utilize numerous combinations of punching, kicking, elbows and knees that will propel you into shape while giving you some self-defense.  Participants will focus on technique and drills.
