Coach JC has been helping fitness clients and student-athletes for close to a decade. After serving eight and a half years in the U.S. Navy, he began his mission to master his craft (basketball) and share his knowledge of balance, concentration, and flexibility. Coach Jay believes in the importance of emphasizing those qualities over being the ‘strongest and fastest’. Coach Jay lives by a simple Crito when he trains: character over skill. ‘We must train our minds so the body follows. Not the other way around!’
